Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Patient education pamphlets

We accept returns and offer refunds and exchanges on current editions of our patient education pamphlets. If you wish to return or exchange your order of pamphlets, please call (+613 9888 6262) or email us (orders@mitec.com.au) and we will email you our Returns Form which details how to make a return.

Upon returning pamphlets, please carefully repack the pamphlets into their original box (or similar), being careful that they are protected and undamaged. If the pamphlets have become damaged or are an obsolete edition, we will not be able to accept them. If your order of pamphlets arrives damaged please call us and we will send a replacement order as a matter of priority.

Anatomical models

We accept returns and offer refunds and exchanges on our Anatomical Models. If you wish to return your order, please contact us first to advise of your return. Upon returning, please carefully repack the anatomical model into its original box (or similar), being careful that the model is protected and undamaged. 

Books

We do not accept returns of specialty medical or dental books. As we order only recently published books specifically from international publishers, we cannot return the books to them. Please order your books with care.
